Whenever it is a resale transaction - keep a price bracket of 100 - 200 rs/sqft of negotiation. And you can always discuss this with your Broker / Consultant. 
At times what people do is that they decided the rates on the ph. call itself and do not involve themselves into dirty negotiations.To avoid the same you can also fix the price on the ph. call with your consultant and can go ahead to conduct the meeting.

In case of ready to move in property you can give them a quote of lump sum price.


TIPS FOR HASSLE FREE REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS IN GURGAON :

  • All the documents of the apartment (Eg. Builder buyer agreement / payment receipts etc.) should be ready and handy to discuss.
  • Clear your payments and any dues or any other interests levied on your late payments.
  • Copy of account statement should be ready to discuss - which indicates the total amount that has been paid by you to the developer.
  • In Meeting with buyer, ask for the token amount in cheque of at least 20% from the seller.
  • Keep the price bracket / quote a fix price to your consultant.
  • Decide the cheque and cash ratio.
